Name: Vi, the Piltover Enforcer
PB: No PB, just various art.
Journal:
enforcings
Age: Mid twenties
Appearance: It's unsure whether or not Vi's hair is dyed or not, but she has pink, short hair that's shaved in the side. She's quite tall with broad shoulders--while definitely female, the term 'build like a linebacker' is incredibly relevent. She's thin and carries herself with a slight slump, though it's normally from her Hextech gauntlets. Her style of dress is normal of her homeland of Piltover, which gives her a slightly steampunk vibe: buckles. Everywhere. Goggles, too.
She also has multiple tattoos--the visible ones we see are the roman numeral 'VI' on her cheek, as well as a few brown cogs along her neck. She has a nose piercing and a small scar on her eyebrow, but despite her tomboy appearance she still somehow manages to look more girly than one would generally think. If only she could stop spitting on floors and threatening harm...
History: Vi on League wiki
Powers/Talents: Vi, canonically, has five main abilities:
Blast Shield: her "passive" ability. Because of the huge nature of her Hextech gauntlents, her weapon of choice, she's able to shield herself from a smattering of incoming damage while she's punching. It's a trivial amount, but it's gotten her out of some scrapes when she's lucky.
Vault Breaker: Vi raises her hand into a huge punch. It takes a few seconds to charge, causing her to move a little slower, but upon activating a second time she leaps across the battlefield, fist first, and causes some serious damage to those in her path. She's been known to bowl over enemy minions using this just to get at the opposing champion.
Denting Blows: After a few pummels, Vi can actually crack armor/crack through defenses for a few bits of extra damage. This also includes magical barriers, if they're weak enough!
Excessive Force: Vi lets loose with her gauntlet's power: imagine a punch. Now imagine the punch being so strong that it hits enemies behind it's intended target as well. Luckily, since Vi only has two fists, she can only perform this act twice before having to recharge.
Assault and Battery: Vi's ultimate. She spots an enemy and literally chases it down to perform an uppercut, tossing the opponent in the air, and then jumping up and bodyslamming them into the ground. Whoops.
Outside of strictly combat abilities, it's safe to say that Vi is an extremely decent hand-to-hand fighter with boxing being a huge part of her life. She's also not as dumb as she seems--she has a knack for magical engineering, as she literally built and customized her gauntlets.
Personality: This is really the meat of the application. You should get into what distinguishes your character from others. What are their goals? How would other people describe them? What do they desire, what are they afraid of? How do they present themselves, and what do they internalize?
Why would your character be chosen? Give us a sentence or two, guessing why your character might be chosen. Don’t worry about getting too deep or profound. You might pick a unique physical trait or an impressive ability. Just something that would make your character stand out from others in a way that would attract attention. For example, Helen of Troy might be chosen for her beauty. Xander Harris from Buffy might be chosen for his empathy. Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter might be chosen for her individuality, or lack of conformity. What makes your character unique?
How much does your character know about nonhumans? This will determine how much information about the Nysgods your character will have the option to bring into the game. For example, we might allow an Albus Dumbledore or a Rupert Giles to know a great deal of information about the Nysgods, while we will probably say that a George Costanza or a Cinderella would never have heard of them. If your character is very familiar with supernatural/alien/demon/etc species, please give us some detail about why they know this information. PLEASE NOTE this information will not affect your character's involvement in the metaplot either way.
Why this character: Why did you decide to play this character? What about them holds your attention? Do you think that you'll be able to keep this character voice and still find them interesting after playing them for awhile?
AU Addendum: If your character is an AU, please tell us here about what makes them AU and why you decided to make this change.
Past Game History: If your character is coming in with past game history, please tell us what that is and how it has changed them.
3. Original Character Information
If your character is a canon character, skip this and move on to the fourth section.

4. Samples
Please either include a first-person entry that could be your character's first post on The Network, or a third-person prose or action spam sample that could be your character's reaction to arriving in Dagaz. For the other two samples, links to previous character examples are fine.
First-Person: (5+ sentences) Journal-entry style, written in the character's own voice.
Third-Person: (Either a 200+ word entry or a link to a thread of 10 or more comments) Show us, don't tell, what your character is like in a prose writing sample.
Third Sample: This is your decision. You can include another first-person post, a third-person post, or action spam.
